Description
We would love to present you our charming bungalow in the residential of Sol Park, located in Aguas Nuevas, Torrevieja.
Sol Park is a quiet urbanization, perfect for children. It has 2 large communal pools open all year, children's pool and heated jacuzzi.
The bungalow has 3 bedrooms, one of them with double bed and bathroom en suite, another with two single beds and the last with a single bed. The kitchen is American style, which connects with the spacious living room. In the living room we find the front door that leads to the garden, which has a table, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue.
A 3-minute walk away is the Mercadona supermarket, the pharmacy, the bus stop, the gas station and cafes. A 10-minute drive away is the Habaneras shopping centre, the bowling alley, the cinema and a variety of restaurants.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, barbecue, internet (wi-fi), balcony, air conditioning,1 TV.
In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee machine are provided.
